2. Quotations and Orders

All quotations provided through our website or other channels are subject to confirmation and are not binding offers. A contract is only formed when we accept your order in writing or begin processing your order.

Prices quoted are exclusive of taxes, installation, delivery, and other charges unless specifically stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the installation, site conditions, and other factors.

By submitting an order or accepting a quotation, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. You agree to cooperate with our team to ensure proper measurement, installation, and service of products.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in your quotation or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion of installation or delivery of products.

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified at the time of order. All payments must be made in Saudi Riyal (SAR) unless otherwise specified.

Late payments may incur interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by law. You agree to reimburse us for all costs incurred in collecting any late payments, including attorney fees.

4. Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver and install products within the timeframe specified but are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is properly prepared according to our specifications and that access is available at the scheduled time. Additional charges may apply if installation cannot proceed due to site conditions or lack of access.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any visible damage or defects within 48 hours.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

All products come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. The specific terms of the warranty vary by product and are provided with the product documentation.

Our installation services are guaranteed for a period of [X] months from the date of installation, covering defects in workmanship. This guarantee does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow operating instructions.

Emergency repair services are available subject to technician availability and may incur additional charges.

8. Limitation of Liability
